The Close the Gap program for GP visits and Pharmacy relies on someone stating they are ATSI and filing out a form once a year. This allows them free PBS medication if the hold a concession card, or discounted costs if they don't. There are also some benefits when visiting the doctor.
There are no checks and balances meaning anyone in theory could claim it.
