Not wrong Colonel...Bolt lied and mis-lead. he discussed particular individuals and made claims about them that were inflammatory and incorrect. Few of us I'm sure would not argue that there are indeed plenty of individuals with fractional Aboriginal heritage who have lead a fully "white " existence without any attempt to give back to their people in some meaningful way and have gained priviledges not available to the rest of us. I've seen it myself. This however is no reason to suspend extending such assitance to those who rightly deserve it.
The Bolts of this world operate by creating divisions... a Them and Us mentality that causes jealousy and hate. What is needed is calm and rational debate regarding the most appropriate form allocation of available funding.
Mundine draws attention to this state of affairs quite legitimately. A far cry from what Bolt did. He is far from being vindicated.
