Sure they were criminals but isn't the essence that efforts should be made to rehabiliate a man in jail.
Why kill a man when he has been rehabilitated.
If a man is not rehabilitated while in jail then when he is released he is mostly likely going to reoffend
so what is the point of then of going to jail.
(How many died from OD's as a result of the actions of these ones?)
I could say the same thing about smoking or alchohol.
