    For those who are interested, Carbon Energy have (again)successfully postponed the hearing of the environmental charges laid by DERM - this time to 1 November 2011, thus ensuring no reference to the charges appears in the next quarterly report. The fund-raising exercise can thus continue without uncomfortable questions.
