    just did a quick check, and certainly not sure if there are any more in escrow etc,

    what is the number shares on issue?

    423 last appendix 3b

    plus 400m x 3c (+400m 5c oppies) (Forrest)
    plus 631 x 3.8c (24m notes)

    so 1850m approx, plus any other oppies/ escrow shares not seen (haven't counted)

    so at 8c, is this worth a MC of 148m?
