i really don't know what to make of squadron and this proposal..of course as with just about every other venture he makes, it's about getting taxpayers on the hook. And we end up paying dearly when projects end up not nearly as viable as promised. This could easily go this way. A change of fed govt or eventual change of Vic govt might immediately alter the business case.
