Will be interesting to see how it unfolds in the courts. After the shovelanna claim, Rio put a lot of focus on ensuring they are doing everything necessary to protect their tennements. Hopefully for them, they've done enough.
Rio are listed on the ASX too remember and have made plenty of WA people alot of money over the years, including their employees via share schemes,etc. Its hardly a "WA vs UK" scenario.
