I mean't what is the moral arguement - not the legal one (which, as you say, the lawyers will handle).
I'm not having a go at you - many people seem to feel the same as you stated in your earlier post. But I'd like to understand the logic why big companies should be exempt from the same rules that apply to minnows.
Whatever happened to the good old anti-tall poppy syndrome (perhaps it was always a myth - Australia seems to idolise the biggest and the best beyond all reason).
