CEO's around the world should take a leaf out of Forrest's book. Most are just money hungry ah's that have screwed the world economy.
Take Mike Hurd from HP as an example. He advised that he's taking a 20% cut in pay (from his base pay) and asked his staff to take a 5% cut.
But the ah's base pay is only $1.5m, he gets another $40m in bonuses. Whick means he in effect is only taking a .6% cut, but wants his staff to take 5%.
