Henry has Rudd's 'blood on his hands'

Mining magnate Andrew Forrest has launched a scathing attack on Treasury Secretary Ken Henry, blaming his advice for Kevin Rudd's downfall.

When reporters asked Fortescue's chief executive how he felt about the demise of a prime minister who was his friend, Mr Forrest said he thought Kevin Rudd had been led astray by poor advice.

"Kevin Rudd is a decent guy who I think received very, very bad advice from Ken Henry, and I feel that if anyone has blood on his hands over Kevin Rudd's demise it's Ken Henry."
