In a study done on "primacy theory" by Melbourne university on Australian executive the country was lowest of priority in a list of ten ranked stakeholders.While just a study it is the most comprehensive one done to date i think and is a long read but worth it if your investing .:Stakeholders and Directors' Duties: Law, Theory and Evidence.: Will get you in the right area to look if you care to. Also is: Evaluating the Shareholder Primacy Theory: The country to investors is low in priority by the executive that they have running the companies they invest in according to how the study reads to me.How foriegn executive view Australian people as stakeholders would be very low i would imagine too.
