Interesting to note is that Yamana has recieved a superior bid to the Gold Fields bid from Agnico and Pan American Silver. I am surprised that there has been no M&A in the mid tier section of the Aussie goldies. RRL still near 52 week lows and I would have thought someone would have taken a bite by now.
