Why would/should anybody be allowed to have "inside info"?
Isn't that against the law?
Like I said - Mr F (and his team) can do whatever they like within the law.
And I am sure that is what they are doing. Why would it be otherwise?
He and his team are not the problem and his 4.9%? current stake is very welcome I am sure by existing holders.
This is not the problem. The problem is within the rules of the ASX (see my opinon comments above)
The problem (as I see it) is if his team wants to increase their stake in the company, they don't have to do it by buying "on market"..
Have I got this wrong?
