I agree with you and really don't like various elements (nuances) of the woke movement. However, might I suggest that emotionally intelligent individuals navigate around and through the woke issues or perhaps that's what your asserting regarding CEO's and boards.
Anyway, who can countenance (relatively?) widespread raping (I don't mean pillaging) in the mining industry. I understand it may be that a section people work on remote sites because they don't fit readily into "civilized" society.
