It's a shame it hasn't been mentioned by the company earlier but lawyers are always careful and considered, get all their ducks in a row before they strike. My take is we either won't hear another word about it, or if they feel they have a good case they will strike at the due diligence advisors and strike hard. It's hard to believe EY and other advisors didn't make some pretty fundamental mistakes here and they were paid millions so they will have good insurance
