The only reason we need Nuke is for Power and that ship has sailed. Howard had a chance, but why did he choose banning it. If there ever was a time in Australias History for nukes it was during his time. And I am not saying it because Libs/Labs but it was a time when the idea could have been "sold". He sold many projects in that time.
