Also imagine if he sold after the news what the reaction would be. If the news is neutral and he sold then people would assume its really bad, and if it was positive news and he sold then people I think would still think its peaked since director is selling so they would sell off as well. Its a no win situation. Probably in hindsight its best he sold before news atleast it cant be negative as ASIC will be notified.
