I am hoping it is just a case of poor lazy management rather than some thing more sinister as the projects are starting to add up and it will only take a couple to hit pay dirt.
My money is on Bongo and Fausse point.
The real downside from the merger is that we will be even more involved with GGP through other projects which leads me back to my opening sentence.
