Andrew Muir's appointment to Sipa deserves scrutiny.
Anyone investing in Sipa needs to look at Mr Muir's performance at Caprice, which saw a massive destruction of shareholder value.
Mr Muir could explain himself. On my part I'm running a mile from anything he's associated with.
No, I'm not alleging wrongdoing of any kind. Perhaps it's just bad luck rather than mismanagement.
I'd reconsider my views if Mr Muir had serious skin in the game rather than drawing a generous salary.
No wrongdoing alleged. Just bad luck or total incompetence. Setting one's money afire would give more comfort than investing in Mr Muir's erstwhile plaything.
