that letter to shareholders of AGM just released today says..... $1 THATS IT....BETTER TAKE IT OR WE WALK AWAY.
in the absence of a rival bid...they are not paying more than $1.

anyone buying on the market at $1 or more will be accepting zfx's offer on Feb 8th imo.

clearly if they dont then they will be selling to me on the market at 60c the following day.

so ZFX guaranteed of picking up all shares bought above $1 and still held on the 8th feb imo. we will call it a late rush.
