Until we have some facts I would not get too concerned with Andrew's departure.

I recall that he did indicate months ago difficulty in communicating with China re various ASX requirements, dividend etc.

The other fact is that Andrew has held many ASX executive positions some with no share holding. So the fact that he held no SBB shares was not a unusual situation.

If you research you will find companies that he stayed on for a short spell and those he held no shares.

I suspect that we will get no news from Wayne until early Jan. He is most likely on vacation.
