In my opinion Andrew Dash with his visit to China is simply on a mission to find any material that can be used for more goodfeel announcements by Carbon Energy and stuffing for the quarterly report. Expect a flurry of optimistic MOUs, HOAs, etc. announcements prior to the September quarterly report and around the 4.9 cent mark.
Given the current troubles internal to Carbon Energy and external, this manouvre is unlikely to achieve more than a slight blip in the consistent downward trend. However, those looking to unload will have an opportunity.
