My view, for what little it"s worth, as an interested observer only, is that Price"s salary of $750k p.a is over the top given the financial performance of PPX. Justifying his salary based on the size of the group is merely repeating the mantra from the Marchant era.

The point I"m making, which may simply be a fact of life, is that the interests of management and shareholders are never exactly aligned, even when one and the same.
