you would have noted that shareholder approvals are required for issuance > 15% ......

the simple FACT that this hasn't happened should demonstarate that PPX management (despite having stated in various ASX releases) wont adresss the hybrid issue .....

additionally - mr Price's "solution" was obviously vetoed by board (and major shareholder) ......

administration is the best outcome for this puppy ........
