If Mdx were in the middle of the general area or between rrr prospect and good access routes then a majority holder in Mdx would have leverage over rrr .
A tactic often used in real estate dealing .
Another possibility is that if the mdx area is strategically positioned it may negate the economical development of the whole if not available .Rrr it would seem have seen an advantage in holding some mdx stock.
It could be a joint play by the two ,but could equally be a potential conflict .
