hi andrew and seals,
sorry if you think i'm giving the impression rob's past has a few skeletons in the cupboard. on the contrary.
what worries me, is the fact rob has not been as successful as one would have hoped for. he does take risks and i accept that. no robs - no bhp's.
we're in this business though to earn a copper or two and i genuinely feel that rob's risks are a little bit too risky for the average investor. this is the point i'm trying to make.
i'm not a trader but an investor. i see on hot copper so many playing about trying to make a fast buck when in all honesty, if they were to spend their time more wisely and invest, they would look back some day and say' gee that effort was really worth it'. a few, but very, very few traders indeed, will ever make it.
Iran is not the UK, NZ, USA, Europe or OZ when it comes to doing business. Risks are everywhere but the middle east is a no no in my book. Iran is a BIG no, no.
i would liked to have seen rob stay at home and persue his trade in OZ. stick to his mining. pitty he didn't stay with gold, eh !
changing to the dot com made me think rob's following the fashion, a fast buck !
he lost a bit of credibility with me then.
remember, too many companies are not run for the benefit of their shareholders !
i do wish all the punters well with ucl but keep your investment to one you can afford to lose.
very, very few minnows ever make it. the odds are stacked against you. they are minnows for an obvious reason !
i am watching rrs like a thriller but something tells me it is likely to hurt a few people. my gut feeling tells me it's crooked. i hope i'm wrong.
i ask my self questions like :
if it's so good then where are the big boys ?
andrewe - i tried to look in on the link but it froze my borrowed computer ! I got a glimpse of i think it was zinkgruvan and if i remember correctly it used to belong to the old Aberfoyle of OZ ? Very rich mine. is there a connection with rob here ? sorry, but my comp has quit and this borrowed one is limited !! hates opening some pdf files.
well lads,
as long as we all stay friends, we can discuss and swop our thoughts. i myself have learnt a lot here on hc. i was introduced to it last year when in oz. it is very time consuming but very enjoyable.
gotta go and clean the kitchen tiles whilst the missus is out.
hi andrew and seals, sorry if you think i'm giving the impression...
