    my theory is that they want the options not to be converted and then after june they release the announcement of gas flow that is positive and the shares outstanding is onyl 170m not 205m which wil stop share dilution. this is why i will buy at 28 cents this week when it drops to that. hopefully it wont go into the single digits. fingers cross..
