I havent posted on this forum but think its time to.
    My thoughts are these:
the company wants the options converted, the big shareholders dont. So conflict of interest is happening it would seem. The big shareholders can push the price down, the company sits and cant do much, they cant release announcemenst that are untruthful.
Now scenario 1 the big shareholders through the back door are offere to underwrite the options, so the lower the share price the cheaper for them.
Or secondly if the options are not converted then the company still needs money and will have to do a capital raising and the big winners are the big holders, at maybe a price cheaper than the option conversion.
It happened with OXR years ago.
But if you beleive in GDN's story hang on for the ride, big money wont lose out to often, remember people just paid 53c for a huge swag of them theus the placement. In 2 months time they could be well over $1, but at the moment from the hands of the weak to the hand so f the strong.
Just for the record, I hold and have continued to accumulate and will buy more on further weakness.
