I don't know what "DD" is but where has anyone said the car was stationary. Andrews' witness statement said that his wife stopped the car after the collision.
The teenager's statement said that he wasn't travelling fast but he did hit the car from the side and you won't get that much damage to the fender if you're travelling slowly.
