Which it clearly didn't, it was on the road. He was travelling down the track along Melbourne Rd. His vision was hindered severely by the bush around that track. He clearly did not stop and there would be very little time available for either party to see each other.

But with the Herald Sun encouraging him who knows what allegations he might come up with (or be coached into).
