    What specifically has been contradicted?

Clearly the damage is on the right hand side of the car, which indicates the bike hit the car.

Not sure if a Ford Territory can accelerate to 60lm/h over 17 metres, especially considering a Ford Territory is almost 5 metres long, though it would be interesting to see the calculation used by the Ambo to come to the conclusion of 60km/h.

A 40km/h car speed with the addition of the bike speed would be more than ample to do the damage that occurred.

Unless the Car was doing more than the speed limit, the speed is irrelevant as far as culpability goes.

The bike hit the car, which is why the the damage is on the right side of the car and why the windscreen is damaged on the right.

The bike did not have right of way.
