Anyone can say a kid is dying. You haven't proven that there even is a kid at this point, just gone straight on the attack.

If the kid does exist, using them for a political attack is pretty low.

If the kid doesn't exist, using them for a political attack is even lower.

I'm willing to bet you wouldn't even have mentioned it here if it wasn't for the upcoming election.
