I doubt it was Mr Andrews who called Mr Millward of United Security.
It was more likely an ALP faceless man from Trades Hall who arranged this with United Security and then ordered the Premier’s advisers to put it in place.
Only a Royal Commission will get Mr Millard’s phone records.
