I couldn't give a toss about politicians careers. I'm only interested in outcomes. Sacking people now will not fix a thing unless we get to the root of the problem. Too often in life people's jobs are sacrificed while the underlying issue of poor management continues to exist.
We all know public servants, managers in all companies and politicians exist in the ' no accountability ' world of management.
That's why it is imperative that we find out why there wasn't an existing system in place to bypass all the buck passing/not remembering of people in management. It is also imperative that a system be put in place so there are clear areas of responsibility, crystal clear protocols for training, hygiene standards etc so that we don't have people in management dropping the ball. The system should be able to stand for itself independent of who's in government.
