what Morrison has done - is that he knows Dutton is a dud and he's flicked the ball to the states - knowing that there will be breakdowns - and, he's distanced himself from it - by using bumkissing Liberals to attack states and premiers
it's actually one of the best political moves I've seen Scott Morrison do - he's sold you hook, line and sinker - and, you aren't even aware - and, when you are made aware - you deny it and shoot the messenger
