Lakes does have an offshore lease just out from Seaspray but the cost of developing this lease is probably beyond the resources of the company at the moment. For me though it beggars belief that the labor party is doing genuine harm to the people it is supposed to protect whilst pandering to the wealthy inner city greens. If this was a true labor party it would sell the case for onshore gas development and the jobs it would create and they would romp the next election in without the support of the greens. However probably what is most disappointing is that there would be genuine labor politicians who don't support the bans but who have sold their souls so they can keep their jobs whilst others lose their's. Come on the Karma Bus.
