There are five key moments when Andrews through political manipulation and messaging lost the Victorian public and stoked the seeds of discontent that gave the anti vax movement a higher purpose and raison d'etre.

    1. Allowing the BLM protest to proceed in Melbourne when for months large public gatherings had been banned on health advice grounds.

    2. Approving untrained security guards for Hotel Quarantine 2.0

    3. Rescinding a call for 900+ ADF troops to help in Hotel Quarantine. The Andrew Crisp request was rescinded on instruction from Andrews.

    4. The media stunt of arresting a young Ballarat mother in her home, late at night on charges relating to breaching health orders. The media stunt was sanctioned by Andrews and police commissioner Patton and his media unit. This outraged the crazies in the anti vax movement and showed the public that similar breaches of health orders were being policed differently.

    5. When Andrews fronted his own Inquiry and said he did not know who approved the Hotel Quarantine security guards. The only people in Victoria that believed Andrews on that key question was Andrews himself. Everybody knows Andrews is a control freak who makes every key decision and this was no different.
