I agree. If people could "buy, sell and move more freely" it would have a very beneficial impact on the congestion in our cities. Most people would gladly move to be near their place of employment if it wasn't such a costly exercise. The amount of time that people spend sitting or crawling in traffic is not conducive to lifestyle or to the economy.
