Yep the new tax is already being debated, it is called an "incompetence tax"

the only problem is the useless politicians and their band of consultancy mates who lost and wasted precious tax payers hard earned funds get away scott free from their staggering level of incompetence bordering on criminal negligence, but us pleb sucker taxpayers have to pay for their tremendous incompetence.

It is time we reduced govt to a very bare minimum, because, at the rate these clowns are governing, the entire country will be broke in a very short time.

edit, i forgot they have already basically bankrupted what was once a great country build on the sweat and tears of our hardworking forefathers.
