Vic will end up the highest taxed state in Oz by some margin. This is the real benefit of socialism. QLD is playing with house taxes in order to pay for its massive mistakes. Once anyone makes money, these little regressive will pursue you. Albo is doing it to savers with super funds. More taxes to come because of incompetence, corruption and debt. He is the most obvious political mistake, yet people lined up to vote for him. That is group think at its best. Nothing is free, except for these dodgy politicians. It doesn't matter if you sack this idiot now, he has set Vic in stone for over a decade. I suspect you guys will be the first to get an inheritance tax and an exit tax on property. They still need to raise billions. You guys will notice he wont be cutting the size of govt. The left wing press lined up to get him re-elected. Gotta love this stuff.

This is a win win for the govt. POS andrews is very cunning. He either gets the 7.5% tax or the property is sold and he gets the stamp duty. I think the latter is what he is after.
