Absolutely correct Lapdog. A lot of aged care is federally regulated and operated by federally funded private business's.
In order to make a profit they cut costs to the bone unlike the state and community run aged care facilities.
Ask anyone who has worked in both, I have, and see what they say. It will be never put anyone you love into a privately run for profit aged care facility.
