I said two weeks ago that Victoria needed to be put in the hands of a Federal Administration appointed by the Federal government in conjunction with Federal Labor Party.
As it stands the Victorian Labor Party is basically in administration under the Federal branch because of the branch stacking scandal. They can't even preselect their own candidates for seats or appoint cabinet ministers. The Federal Labor Party is in control of all functional administration of the state Labor party.
Andrews is not being held to account for his failure to lead the party or the state.
