Your ignorant comment about Victoria is at odds with reality - even in Melbourne, most suburbs are either COVID-19 free or have very low rates of infection while outside of Melbourne regional Victoria is as COVID-19 free as anywhere on Planet Earth.

COVID-19 remains a truly horrible problem throughout inner Melbourne and in particular an absolute tragedy for those in federal government controlled private sector age care - one that would have been terrifyingly worse had Andrews not imposed that lockdown on high rise towers.

Re those footyheads granted exemptions to run amok in other states, Morrison's unequivocal comments in that regard have had the intended impact - privilege is always placed ahead of responsibility in Liberal Party thinking.
