Aged care is a federal responsibility. They write all the policy. There was a royal commission into aged care that exposed the for profit less care attitude.
As for your other post about masks being a virtue signal, would you prefer to walk past someone who has Covid with them not wearing a mask or wearing a mask? Pretty simple concept really.
Andrews has a made meal of this in Victoria, but you can have the best policies and people will still stuff up. Look at all the blatant breaches of rules by people of all ages, sexes and race.
