Howard developed WorkChoices and Abbott ensured WC would be put into action thus undermining the Gillard Govts protections for workers under FairWork Au.
Certainly Hawke/Keating did an excellent job of opening up our economy. They also introduced casualisation but this was with appropriate constraints to ensure adequate permanent full-time equivalent work entitlements. They didn't make casualisation the mainstay of the IR rules.
