I wonder if Andrews will have the good sense to hand over the Premiership to the next leader this term... or will he make the same mistake as all in their 3rd term and hang on during the term when popularity tends to wane?

your language here is over the top imo.... I doubt that Andrews is any more than a typical Party leader, wedged as he is into the role of party unifier.

the biggest issue seems to be the much needed rail network and I can easily see the value of such. he does have a vision for public transport at least. But the SEC? what will this achieve?
