here we go again ------------- with a 'special kind' of stupidity

for decades we have fanned the flames and put petrol on the fire which is residential house prices ------------ those high high house prices are detrimental to society - they are detrimental to people who cannot afford over the years to buy homes or build homes

yet here we are still with fools who want to 'incentivise' mum and dad investors ------------------ who would enter the rental market - and in their demand - drive house prices north ---------- of of the major factors in our housing crisis. Certainly housing affordability crisis

Then of course there is the monster elephant standing in the very small room ------------ and that is all the mass of investment that has gone into Ozzie residential housing ---------------------- has sucked away funding for investment in the country as a nation -

the money was available - but, 'mums and dads' chose to pay more for a bigger house to store the copious amounts of useless crap they brought

and now - we want to 'incentivise them' ------------ to continue down the same track

again - a 'special kind' of stupid

It's hard to keep up to date from the other side of the planet.
