I have seen a few long term forecasts of the iron ore price of below $100/tonne which would make the magnetite only marginally profitable. I don't like their chances of being able to get 10Mtpa out of Esperance due to competition from other companies but may be able to increase from 1.5Mtpa especially if they can achieve their 50Mt DSO target.
