as you say, Dan will leave politics sooner rather than later and for many it will no doubt be a case of good riddance...so why dwell and bother with the negatives...
however, the debt will remain, Labor pollies will do what they can to improve the bottom line or simply give in and be prepared to hand over the baton at the next election if that's what voters decide, to what is, a basket case of an opposition...
..said basket case, devoid of talent, merit and leadership will be on a hiding to nothing...lambs to a slaughter in many ways ...
...a desperately weak opposition is as much to blame for Victoria's current woes as is the man in question...
...while I don't agree with all your comments here on HC, I do think you articulate Victorias predicament and situation extremely well...to finish with a back handed compliment, are you missing your calling?
