Even idiots, let alone anyone with half a brain, were saying it was not achievable months and months ago. The WHO has said severe lockdowns are not working and the Vic Chief Medical Officer is conceding it to some degree. Our brilliant Comrade Andrews has had a lightbulb moment and prepping us for some minor relaxation of lockdown based on his new found wisdom in this matter. As if we had not suspected this all along as it was so obvious, you cant fully eradicate or virtually suppress a pandemic. We wait in breathless anticipation of his next lightbulb moment.
